Vision

At New Life Community Church, we believe that we're in an exciting season.

Last year we launched our vision: The transformation of lives and communities through the actions of Spirit-filled disciples.

This is a useful vision, however, we have developed and refined the wording of this further to be more clear about what the vision of New Life is, while also being easier to remember. With that in mind, here is our new statement (as of September 2025):

Transform Lives, Transform Crewe.

This new statement although shorter carries with it the same prayer as the previous one - we want people to be transformed when they join us and transforming Crewe when they leave us each week.

What Next?

It's all well and good having the vision statement, but what does that practically mean?

This is a good question because previously we haven't had a framework in place to support the vision regardless of it's good intentions.

However, now we have a pathway in place to support the vision and work of New Life Community Church.

Feedback we used to receive included statements like: I love it here, how can I get more involved?

or,

We want to make this church our home, where can I serve?

These well-intentioned statements are what churches love to hear, but often they struggle to have a clear direction for the people asking them. Engagement in Church is key for our vision!

How Can I Engage?

At New Life, we want to make it really clear how people can engage with us as a church family. Below we have our Discipleship Pathway which details all of the ways someone can become more invested and more involved in the life of the church.

Additionally, this pathway is designed to support you in going deeper in your own walk with Jesus.

The purpose of this pathway is to be really clear about what it is that we do here at New Life so anyone wanting to engage can do so!

Occasionally, we will do activities/ministries not listed in the Pathway below as long as they support one of the four stages.

Discipleship Pathway

These four stages of engagement are how you can go deeper in your faith and connect more with the church:

Want To Get Involved?

This pathway is a lot of what we already do but often not completely clear about it to those joining us. We believe firmly that our God is the God of the Harvest and that He wants to bless our church and community.

But we recognise also that our God is relational - He knows what we can and cannot handle in every season. We also believe that God wants us to prepare for the Harvest (Matt 9) and that means making it clear how you can get more involved with us via the Discipleship Pathway and Serving.

We would encourage you if you've been with us for a little while but want to know more about what we do, our ministries and our Movement - Elim - to attend the next available Newcomers Lunch or to connect with one of the team via the QR Code below.

Additionally, you'll notice that Serving is essential to being connected and engaging more at New Life, you can find out more information on that here.
