Church Vision
At New Life Community Church, we believe that God is calling us into an exciting new season.
Over months of prayer, reflection, and leadership, we have come to a clear and unified vision that will shape our church’s mission and purpose.
We believe our vision is firmly rooted in the scriptures as these are principles Christ himself instructed His disciples to do.
We recognise that God has been faithful to us throughout seasons of change, and now, He is preparing us for the next step in our journey together.
Below, we share what we believe is God’s vision for New Life Community Church.
Why do we exist?
Our church exists for one central purpose:
"The transformation of lives and communities through the actions of Spirit-filled disciples."
This mission flows directly from Jesus’ words in Matthew 28:19–20, where He commissions us to "go and make disciples of all nations.”
Our church is called to make an impact, not only within our walls but also throughout our local community and beyond.
We believe that every member of our congregation is uniquely equipped to be a part of this mission.
Where are we now?
New Life Community Church is a welcoming, prayerful community that loves to worship and serve.
We are blessed to have grown as a church, but we recognise the need for intentionality in reaching out to those who don’t yet know Jesus.
God has called us to pivot towards greater Kingdom growth, which means prioritising evangelism and discipleship in all that we do.
Though we celebrate the wonderful community we have within our church, we must also be mindful that our mission extends to those outside our doors.
Our vision is not just about growing in numbers but seeing lives transformed by the gospel.

Whether through song, prayer, or the everyday tasks of life, our hearts are set on glorifying God.

This isn’t a passive faith—it’s active, engaged, and committed to making a difference in our church and community.
We want every member to find their place of service and be empowered to use their gifts for God’s Kingdom.

From Life Groups to outreach, our relationships with one another and with those outside the church are essential to fulfilling the Great Commission.
We are not meant to do this alone; we are called to build and be part of Christ-centered communities that reflect God’s love.
Our Path Forward
In this new season, we believe God is calling us to focus on three key values that will guide us forward:
Our Pathways to Growth
Our activities and ministries are all designed to be pathways leading people closer to Jesus.
Whether it’s through social events, family programs, or Sunday services, everything we do has a purpose: to bring people into a deeper relationship with Christ.
Some examples of this pathway approach include:
• Hosting community events like family fun days that serve as entry points for new families.
• Following up with connection events like Messy Church, and family services, to invite participants into deeper church involvement.
• Providing discipleship opportunities such as Alpha courses and Life Groups to help people grow in their faith.
A Call to Action
We know that change is both exciting and challenging.
This new season will ask all of us to step out of our comfort zones, embrace new opportunities, and play an active role in God’s mission for New Life Community Church.
As we journey together, we invite each member of our church family to participate in the work God is doing.
